This is my best friend Andrea
Best! We have known each other for 14 years, and there is no one in the world like her. My cheeks hurt from laughing just thinking about it.
I had some tests done this weekend, so Andrea flew in from Phoenix to go with me. As I said she is the best. There are three things that Andrea and I do really well togeather... Eat, Drink, and Shop. This weekend was no different. We went to some of my favorite restaurants. Umami, El Conquistador, The Waffle, Rockwell....thats right...We ate out for every meal.
We also shopped a lot. Did you know theres a TOMS popup shop on Cahuenga? Neither did we ! so fun! It was a red TOMS saturday! Its a shop and a gallery, with work by a great photog who I have fully forgotten the name of. 
Andrea had never eaten from a food truck and had heard all about the LA phenomenon, so we hunted some down by LACMA. I had gumbo from Ragin Cajun and She had cheese fries from the philly cheese steak truck.
Heres me at Umami... trying to hydrate.
Andrea is on a plane home now...I love when she visits.I love getting to show her the best of LA.
Looks like you two had a blast!! Those food places sound interesting, but yummy. Glad you two are such wonderful friends...nice to have someone like that.
