Rain in LA

Although today it is a lovely 71 degrees, last week it poured rain. All week. All day.  I know I shouldn't complain. The rest of the country is blanketed in snow and we get one week of rain, boo hoo. Los Angeles fully shuts down when it rains. No one can drive. AT ALL.

I will say this. It does make for some very beautiful photos. It also clears out all the smog in town and

you can see from the ocean to the mountains. 

                                      

Mostly I love the rain because it gives me an excuse to break out my favorite coat and my fun boots:
