I'm officially down to 155. Wahoooo! It's a great milestone, but ideally I would like to loose 20 more. All this working out has made me more confident and comfortable in my skin. I still really need to get a handle on my diet. I do fine on the weekends, but the long days on set are tough. Our craft service is basically doughnuts and seaweed. I hate them both. I en up hovering over the chocolates bowl...knowing I should be eating carrots, but since there are none around....
Monday I am going to do the clean program again. I started last Monday but it's been pretty half assed.
Next monday, I am in it to win it.
